Lower Portland Ferry Update – Date Change

Please be advised that the Lower Portland Ferry will be temporarily out of service for essential maintenance from Monday, January 29, 2024, for approximately 12 weeks.

This closure is necessary to comply with Australian Maritime Safety Regulations and allow for a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the ferry. This ensures the continued safe and reliable operation of this vital public service.

The originally scheduled closure date of January 15, 2024, has been adjusted to accommodate the availability of the contractor.
